No. If your first month of payroll doesn't come across cleanly, you get a full refund.
How long does setup take?
About thirty minutes. We review how your company file is set up, and spend a session with your QuickBooks admin to link TimeSheeta with QuickBooks.
How many foremen and office users can I have?
As many as you need. We understand people come and go, trying to reconcile active workers on a weekly or monthly basis isn’t always easy or possible. That’s why TimeSheeta is priced on an annually estimated headcount. See our pricing page for details.
What counts as a field worker for determining annual headcount?
Anyone on your QuickBooks employee list whose hours are entered by a supervisor.
What data from QuickBooks is shared with TimeSheeta? Is my data safe?
Only the things needed to enter hours: customers and jobs, service items, classes, payroll items, and employees. TimeSheeta never stores pay rates, Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses or other personal details. Everything travels over HTTPS, and TimeSheeta only ever adds timesheet entries to your QuickBooks company once they've been approved. The Security page has the details.
